Her scope of practice encompasses routine annual exams and management of all manner of gynecologic problems. Conolly is passionate about women’s health and has particular interests and expertise in menopause, hormone replacement therapy, sexual health, sexual pain disorders and minimally invasive surgery. Boyman is board certified in Ob/Gyn has postgraduate training in minimally invasive surgical techniques and is a member of many medical organizations, including American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP), Gay and Lesbian Medical Association (GLMA), and World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).ĭr. And in 2022, in recognition of VTGyn’s longstanding support of Vermont’s LGBTQ+ community, VTGyn was delighted to be named Grand Marshal and to help lead the Pride Parade in Burlington. In 2015, she was honored to receive Pride Center of Vermont’s Vermont Pride Community Award for Community Service for her career-long commitment to providing medical and surgical care to our transgender and gender diverse community. She is a former board member and has been an active member of Health First (Vermont’s independent practice association), which in 2022 awarded her the Haddock Independence Award. She is a past President of the Medical Staff at the University of Vermont Medical Center and has served on several UVMMC committees. She founded and is President of Vermont Gynecology. Boyman is deeply committed to doing her part for our community. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the UVM College of Medicine, where she has received numerous awards and accolades for teaching and for humanism in medicine.ĭr. ![]() She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center in 2003. Boyman received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and attended medical school at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. Her areas of special interest and expertise include: minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic-assisted hysterectomies and other advanced surgeries the medical and surgical management of complex gynecological problems, including menstrual problems, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, abnormal Pap smears, vulvovaginal problems, menopause issues, and other Gyn concerns routine and problem gynecologic care for our LGBTQ+ community, including hormonal and surgical care for transgender patients and in-office ultrasound, sonohysterograms, colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsies, hysteroscopies, and other procedures. Boyman provides full spectrum gynecologic care for patients of all ages.
